The tract consist of a nice rolling topography with excellent vistas from the high points achieving long range views of Hanging Rock State Park. Flank on the west and what will be the division line is a bold stream named Reed Creek which traverses through mature timber left in the SMZ buffers and gives way for excellent wildlife corridors. The remainder of the property was clear-cut in 2022-2023 and is currently in early succession natural regeneration making for ideal wildlife habitat.
